Software Packages

The range of software is able to model all operations (supply chain analysis, depot location, strategic fleet scheduling  and daily route planning) operating in a standard windows framework to integrate together all the modules in a single program.

Full installation and an extensive training program are included as part of the package. However, the extensive on-line help facility is always available to easily guide even the most inexperienced user through the operation of the system.

The program is therefore very easy to operate, whilst providing the user with a comprehensive set of tools to master any logistics problem. User-defined parameters are available for any part of the system (from road speeds to routing algorithms) and may be quickly amended as required. Data can be quickly imported or exported using standard database or spreadsheet files.

We understand that an "off-the-shelf" package often cannot meet the requirements of today's companies and offer the ability to enhance the package before and after the initial purchase.
Daily Planning utilising bespoke interfaces between sales and warehouse systems each day, to optimise delivery schedules for orders utilising the depot network and vehicles available.

Strategic Planning to conduct optimisation analysis to reallocate demand (and supply) points to their cheapest depot or supply chain option and to review the entire vehicle distribution operation of a company over a period of time (several days or even weeks).
Mini DiPS for smaller companies to realise the benefits of using a comprehensive vehicle scheduling tool to optimise delivery schedules for a limited size of operation.
