This is an updated version of the New Egotrip program contained within a zip file. Download this file into your \dips\win directory and run an unzip routine.
In order to sustain future enhancements to DiPS, an upgrade has been completed to develop the package in Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 for Windows 7 and 8. This has meant that it is now necessary to deploy the program with some new files - mfc120.dll and msvcr120.dll. These files are included in the new Egotrip program download.

Download .NET 4.0 Framework (may be needed for installation on new PC)
This is the Microsoft Setup program for Windows .NET 4 Framework. This will need to be installed for a new DiPS setup where the software has not been installed before. It is included as part of Windows 7 and 8 so in normal circumstances this additional download should not be necessary.
Download December 2014 Update for existing Ordnance Survey Map Installations (800MB)
This is a zip file with an installable update to the basic Ordnance Survey background mapping. Save this file into a temp folder and Open to extract the installation files. The setup program will update the existing background map folders with any new versions of files. Users should be aware that this is 800MB in size and should therefore only be attempted with a responsive and stable connection.
